- He owned a division's P&L as it grew from zero to a standalone revenue line [C2], and built the invoice and supplier-credit visibility Finance uses for working-capital projections [C3].
- Gap: he isn't a finance specialist. He hasn't run FP&A cycles, a month-end close or an audit.
Likely approach: map how your numbers are produced today, fix the operational data feeding them, and pair with your finance lead on the analysis.
